Senior Living Advisor- Sales

Oasis Senior Advisors Delaware are the premier guides for senior living and resources for the families and partners we work with in our local community.

This is a full-time role as a Senior Living Advisor at Oasis Senior Advisors Delaware. As a Senior Living Advisor, you will be responsible for business development within your assigned territory and assisting seniors and their families in finding suitable senior living options. You will provide guidance, support, and resources to help clients make informed decisions. This role involves conducting tours and coordinating with senior living communities to ensure a smooth transition for clients.

Equally important is the responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with lead sources, community partners and clients.

• Provide personalized guidance to seniors and their families exploring care options
• Coordinate tours and facilitate seamless transitions into senior living communities
• Drive business development efforts to grow your territory
• Represent Oasis with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in New Business Development
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Empathetic approach to supporting seniors and their families
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in healthcare or senior living industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
