Position OverviewAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth in the travel industry. This full‑time position involves booking transportation services, upselling additional services, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top‑notch customer service and solve problems with a smile.
- Book reservations for transportation services, including airport shuttles and private charters.
- Drive sales by recommending additional services and upselling when opportunities arise.
- Follow up with customers, answer their questions, and ensure their trips go smoothly.
- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations from bookings to final destinations.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A customer‑first mindset and a team‑oriented approach.
- Experience in the travel and sports industry is a plus.
