Paramount is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our Sales Trainee – Growth & Development Program. This entry‑level position is designed for individuals who are ambitious, coachable, and eager to develop a career in sales and management.

As a Sales Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training across multiple areas, including sales, client relations, recruitment, team leadership, and campaign management. The program is structured to prepare you for advancement into senior management roles.

This is a full‑time, in‑person position based in Wilmington. No prior experience is required—just a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to working hard.

Key Responsibilities
