• Complete the PLACE Launch training program
• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
• Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
• Attend weekly group coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
• Work with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, staging, and other services related to listings

• Real Estate License in New Jersey
• Self-motivated sales professional with a competitive edge
• Skilled at building rapport, listening, and solution-finding
• Strong in prospecting, lead generation, and objection handling
• Effective communicator committed to excellent service
• Team-oriented

• Open to learning scripts and dialogues
