Sample Receipt Specialist – QPS Holdings, LLC

Base pay range: $41,000.00/yr - $44,000.00/yr

• Receive, process, store, distribute, track, and return client samples and other controlled materials without loss or damage. Includes:
  • Complete inventory and document discrepancies
  • Receive and reconcile shipped samples with paper manifests and an electronic database
  • Learn and run LIMS (database) for tracking of samples through their life cycle at QPS
  • Import data from varying documents into LIMS using Excel manipulation
  • Review associated documentation to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GLPs, and QPS SOPs.
  • Communicate issues found to Principal Investigator (PI) and to external clients
• Frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• This job will be 100% QPS-office/facility based

• High School Diploma, with 2+ years related work experience, OR
• Associate’s degree in related science discipline a plus
• Experience in regulated industries preferred
• Comfort with computer systems and databases (Excel, Watson LIMS)
