Equipment Operator – Non-Union – ULCS at Utility Lines Construction Services
We are seeking a skilled equipment operator to operate a variety of heavy machinery, including backhoes, trenchers, mini excavators, skid loaders, and other equipment. The operator will maintain high safety standards while working around hazardous equipment and energized parts.

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, mini excavators, skid loaders, drill rigs, digger derricks, knuckle booms, jackhammers, and other tools.
- Work around hazardous equipment and energized parts.
- Operate equipment while maintaining focus during dangerous tasks.
- Establish OSHA and company/customer safety requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate various tools (manual digging devices, wrenches, hammers, etc.).
- Endurance to perform duties throughout an 8- or 10-hour day.
- Maintenance of attention during dangerous tasks.
- 3+ years construction experience.
Education & Experience
- NCCCO Certification preferred but not required.
- Experience in backhoe, trencher, excavator, skid steer, bulldozer, and other equipment.
License & Certifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required.
Travel Requirements
- Willing to travel and work away from home.
