Your Role:

Our Plumbing Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer’s home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You’ll Do:

• Completes in-home Plumbing service calls and gets the job right the first time
• Establish customer rapport to offer solutions, provide the right service, and create a “You’re my go-to company” relationship
• Communicate with multiple departments within the organization to provide optimal customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
• Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Working Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes
• Strong Desire to Grow and Develop into a Team Leader
• A Clean, Safe Driving Record, Background Check, and Drug Screen
• High School Diploma or GED
