Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle using Java, Spring, and modern front-end frameworks—especially ReactJS. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative individual capable of delivering high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Java, Spring, and ReactJS.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, including Junit tests for quality assurance.
* Design and implement user interfaces and front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, and ReactJS.
* Build and consume REST APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile framework.
* Utilize source code management tools such as Git and Bitbucket for version control.
* Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
* Contribute to the development of Single Page Applications (SPAs) and custom reusable React component libraries.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

*** 10+ years of relevant IT development experience.
* 6+ years of hands-on web development using Java and Spring.
* 4+ years of UI/UX development experience.
* Proven ability to develop Single Page Applications (SPAs) with ReactJS.
* Experience creating custom reusable React component libraries.
* Database experience with any RDBMS, preferably SQL Server.
* Prior experience with Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile methodologies.
* Working experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins or Ansible Tower.
** Technical

Skills:

*** Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS.
* Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Node.js, and JavaScript.
* Proficiency in writing Junit tests.
* Working knowledge of SQL.
* Experience building REST APIs using JAX-RS, Swagger, or YAML.
* Knowledge of Spring MVC and Spring Batch.
* Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Ant.
* Comfortable using IDE tools like IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or Web Storm.

Preferred Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* A self-starter with strong motivation, a sense of ownership, and an innovative mindset.
* Ability to provide technical solutions and contribute to system automation and analysis.
* Capable of designing and developing common, shared, reusable solutions.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
