  • Rate of pay: $15.00 – $16.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Design and develop tumbling programs that cater to different age groups and skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
  • Create structured lesson plans focusing on key tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands, flips, cartwheels, and other acrobatic movements.
  • Continuously update the curriculum based on new techniques, trends, and student feedback.
  • Teach tumbling classes, guiding students through proper techniques for various tumbling skills, ensuring correct form to prevent injury.
  • Demonstrate exercises and routines, offering hands‑on guidance and corrections during training sessions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
  • Experience working with children or youth in a sports or fitness environment.
  • In‑depth knowledge of tumbling techniques, acrobatic movements, and safety practices.
  • Understanding of strength, flexibility, and conditioning exercises related to tumbling.
Preferred Qualification
  • Bi‑Lingual
  • Experience in teaching tumbling or gymnastics (1‑3 years preferred).
