• Inventory data & computer skills mandatory
• Track inventory, stock changes and investigate problems
• Oversee inventory control and maintaining inventory records
• Process orders as required
• Verify accuracy of physical inventory when needed
• Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment and distribution means
• Work closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation
• Understanding of HAZMAT, IATA, IMDG and DOT regulations or ability to learn

• Utilize various transportation provider software systems, to facilitate material movement planning and scheduling.
• Order management systems
• 3rd Party Inventory Systems

• Strong computer skills
• Strong Written/Verbal Communication
• Analytic/strategic thinker
• Creative Problem solving.
• Must be self-starter and can work independently.
• Must have proven ability to work in a fast pace entrepreneurial team environment

• MRP, inventory, and logistics functional expertise helpful
• SAP & Footprint experience preferred
