Job Description for Accounting Administrator / Accounting Manager:

It is a leading formulator and manufacturer of a wide range of high-performance epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and radiation cure adhesives, coatings, sealants, potting and encapsulating systems designed for use in general assembly, filter, electrical, electronic, automotive, aerospace and related industries.

The company is ISO 9001 and AS 9100 registered and has several products recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (UL).

Seeking to employ a self-motivated, Associate as part of the Accounting Department team to contribute in the further growth of the company.

• Lead monthly and year-end closing activities, including bank reconciliations, adjusting entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Lead inventory management and costing.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with tax filings, audits, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, accounting principles, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues.
• Work on special projects and reporting as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Previous experience in accounting / finance required
• In house Position only

Candidate must be self-starter, quickly grasp new technologies, work well with minimal supervision, with good verbal and communication skills.
