Job Overview

The Goodkind Group, LLC is seeking an experienced T&E Bookkeeper to handle accounting and administrative support for Trust & Estates matters in Newark, NJ. The role involves financial management, client coordination, and collaboration with attorneys to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

$80,000 – $115,000 per year based on skills and experience.

• Manage estate and trust accounts, including payments, distributions, and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized financial records and internal accounting systems.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
• Gather and analyze asset data and valuations for estate administration.
• Prepare and assist with estate and trust accountings and tax documentation.
• Support probate filings and other related court submissions.
• Draft correspondence and assist with standard legal forms.

• 2+ years of trusts & estates bookkeeping experience in a law or accounting firm.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certificate.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
