Location:

Newark, NJ

Pay Rate: $26/hour (Overtime paid in accordance with law)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (Flexibility required between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Position Overview

A prestigious law firm in Newark is seeking a highly polished, outgoing, and professional Corporate Receptionist to serve as the face of the firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined, fast‑paced corporate environment and understands the importance of first impressions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, visitors, and attorneys with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage a high‑volume front desk and multi‑line phone system
  • Coordinate visitor check‑ins and notify appropriate staff
  • Maintain reception area to reflect a professional, business‑class environment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling conference rooms and supporting meetings
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the office
Qualifications
  • Prior corporate or law firm receptionist experience required
  • Exceptionally professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Polished verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high‑profile setting
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with schedule as business needs arise
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office systems
