Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for Service Advisors at Sansone Auto Mall, based in Newark, NJ. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs, guiding them through service processes, and ensuring satisfaction. Service Advisors will act as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians, communicating recommendations and updates regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Strong customer‑facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer‑focused Service experience
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey information between customers and service technicians
- Knowledge or experience in Aftersales or service‑related roles is preferable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using customer management systems or service scheduling software is a plus
- Prior experience in the automotive service industry is an advantage
