Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Regional Operations Support Manager 2 to join our team of professionals in the Northeast market. This is a travel role, and we’re looking for someone based in the upstate/eastern New York area. You will keep the team committed to creating and delivering an operational-culinary‑driven fine‑dining experience. The position requires previous experience managing food production, retail & fine dining menu knowledge, and a la carte experience.

You’ll be a highly visible front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house manager, comfortable moving between the two sides of operations.

Hours vary depending on business needs: 10 days on / 4 days off for overnight travel and 5 days on / 2 days off for local travel. Travel is 90% throughout the east coast through CT, NY, MA, or NJ as business needs. You may expense your travel mileage and hotel stays.

• Direct and supervise kitchen and dining room operations, as well as designated back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house staff.
• Ensure the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved.
• Control and ensure the company’s and client’s financial targets are achieved.

• Minimum Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum Management Experience – 3 years.
• Minimum Functional Experience – 3 years in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) or HTM.
