Operations Associate​/Manager

We are seeking a rockstar Operations Associate to help drive our national expansion.

This is an entry-level position (0-2 years), and you will report to the Head of Operations or Head of Product.

You will join a small team in an early-stage environment with massive potential.

Your main role will be to manage several aspects of operations pertaining to health and wellness tests completed by Fitnescity's partner clinics and labs. You will primarily monitor and execute on existing processes. You will also develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. You will work with Product and Engineering to identify and present projects for automation.

At Fitnescity, we make health and wellness testing accessible to everyone. We’re building the largest platform of wellness tests.

Fitnescity partners with leading labs, hospitals, and local clinics nationwide to offer consumer-facing tests for fitness, nutrition, and general well-being.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-minded and process-oriented.

Strong attention to detail (this is the most important skill). Highly organized.

Some experience with customer happiness.

Customer empathy, patience, and positive attitude.

Proficiency in Fitnescity’s product.

You have an undergraduate degree in management, engineering, or a related field.

You have some experience in Operations (1-2 years).

You have some experience with customer happiness.

You are familiar with the healthcare industry.

You will join a small team in a hybrid work environment (three days per week in the office). Remote opportunities are available in NY, NJ, CA, and TX.

We offer unlimited PTO.

Full-time: $50,000

Intern: $16/hour
