Assistant Professor, Otolaryngology

Overview

Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Department of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery is recruiting an Otolaryngologist to join the expanding faculty. The position emphasizes clinical outcomes research and is part of a busy pediatric and adult practice. Applicants are expected to provide high‑level clinical care, engage in academic activities, and contribute to research.

• Provide clinical care for complex pediatric and adult otolaryngology pathology.
• Participate in clinical outcomes research and scholarly activities.
• Collaborate with other Rutgers biomedical and health sciences units.
• Maintain academic faculty responsibilities.

• Medical degree (MD or DO).< /li>
• Board‑certified or eligible in Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery.
• Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level clinically and academically.
• Experience in Clinical Outcomes Research is highly desired.

• Experience with pediatric otolaryngology.
• Prior teaching or academic experience.
• Publication record in clinical outcomes research.

• Salary range: $144,413 – $563,131 (commensurate with experience and training).
