- Provide strategic leadership to ensure all media activities align with core business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client partnerships by gaining a deep understanding of their objectives, delivering tailored insights, and presenting data‑driven recommendations.
- Oversee campaign analytics and translate performance findings into actionable insights for internal and client teams.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting across multiple paid media channels with precision and transparency.
- Enhance operational performance through process documentation, workflow improvements, and the establishment of best practices.
- Partner with internal teams to craft and execute integrated, cross‑platform campaign strategies.
- Uphold meticulous attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to quality standards throughout all project stages.
- 10-12+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, ideally within a media agency role.
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships at a senior level.
- Track record of effectively leading, mentoring, and developing diverse teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics and KPIs into strategic recommendations.
- Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities; comfortable managing multiple priorities and delegating effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal – with a focus on clarity and precision.
- Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for evolving marketing technologies, platforms, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business tools.
