Job Description: Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in the education system? Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, supporting students' educational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.
• Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
• Follow school district policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 30-Day Sub Permit or CA Teaching Credential
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree (in Education or a related field is preferred).
• Age: 21+
• Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
• Passionate about education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
