The Superintendent invites all qualified and interested persons to apply for the position of
Social Worker
within the Office of Early Childhood.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- An appropriate New Jersey Department of Education Standard Certificate or eligible for an Emergency certificate as deemed necessary by NJ Department of Education.
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university.
- New Jersey Standard School Social Worker or eligible for an Emergency certificate.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position. American Sign Language or Braille may also be considered as acceptable forms of communication
