Youth Success Coach – 2 Hour Learning

Opportunity to implement a high-impact, 6‑month instructional model at a partner school in Spotswood, NJ. You will coach students while preparing teaching staff to execute the program.

• Hourly rate: $75.00/hr (equivalent to $150,000/year at 40 hrs/week)
• Contract duration: 6 months (through June 2026) with possible long‑term conversion at another campus

• Observe teaching staff and aides, model 2 Hour Learning protocols, and provide coaching through structured one‑on‑one or small‑group sessions.
• Work with students in small groups or individually to track progress, cultivate goal‑setting, and model effective strategies.
• Facilitate life‑skills workshops that actively involve students and demonstrate facilitation techniques to observing staff.
• Use student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm academic benchmarks.
• Conduct debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address questions.

• Authorized to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work on‑site in Spotswood, NJ through June 2026 (temporary relocation acceptable).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience in education, coaching, or related field involving youth or adults.
• At least 1 year experience training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback.
• Hands‑on experience working with children aged 5‑14 in educational or youth development contexts.
