Immediate offers possible with required certification and experience. Starting salary of $63,000 at entry level.

Classroom Teacher

Job Requirements .

* New Jersey Teacher Certification or Certificate of Eligibility in applicable specialization

* Bachelor's Degree required;
Master's Degree preferred.

* Experience developing and implementing lesson plans.

* Excellent written and verbal skills.

* Experience teaching within an urban environment is preferred, but not required.

* Demonstrated quantifiable and objective student performance gains.

* Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, particularly with parents and community members.

* Self-reflective and an analytical problem solver.

* Openness to feedback, willingness to take personal responsibility, and a desire to learn.

* Ability to exemplify, advocate and operationalize the mission, vision, and core values of the school.

* Ability to effectively teach within a virtual classroom setting, as needed.
