Marion P. Thomas Charter School is seeking a Coordinator of the District Mentoring Program for the 2026–2027 school year. The role will develop and facilitate a yearlong professional learning and support program for mentors and mentees during their first year.
The coordinator will design workshops, materials, and schedules; collaborate with Human Resources to identify priorities; and maintain confidentiality while tracking attendance and progress throughout the year.
