Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager at HDR

• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of multidisciplinary water/wastewater/work resources projects.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Conduct schematic, design‑development, and contract‑document work sessions at project sites with PMs, technical professionals, and other disciplines.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule.
• Work with accounting, project control, and department managers for project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans.
• Supervise project staff and mentor less‑experienced PMs.

• Minimum 15 years of water/wastewater project engineering, including 5 years of project management on complex projects.
• PE in New York or New Jersey.
• Strong commitment to participating in the employee‑owned culture.
• Local residency in the NY/NJ area preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Professional Engineer license.
• MS Office and MS Project experience (Access a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.

Albany, NY – $129,780‑$185,400;
Newark, NJ – $155,736‑$222,480;
New York, NY – $162,225‑$231,750;
White Plains, NY – $162,225‑$231,750;
Woodcliff Lake, NJ – $162,225‑$231,750.
