PGIM Analyst, Investment Operations; Hybrid-Newark​/NJ-Tampa​/FL

Position: PGIM Analyst, Investment Operations (Hybrid-Newark/NJ-Tampa/FL)
* Daily review of limit monitoring dashboards & reports
* Researching limit overages & validating overage causes with business partners
* Processing of limit overages in workflow tool
* Daily, monthly, and quarterly compilation/analysis/distribution of collateral, limit, and Statutory monitoring reports
* Work with Senior Management, Compliance, Securities Trade Monitoring, various Finance and Technology teams, and the Law Department.
* Daily review of limit monitoring dashboards & reports
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills
* Proficiency in the MS Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Knowledge of investment accounting and of various investment instruments
* High level of self-motivation and dedication
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and also as a member of a team.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Client focused and results oriented work ethic
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to summarize and communicate complex issues effectively, both orally and in writing
* Prior background / internship experience in investment management or financial services Industry is strongly preferred.
