As our client's needs evolve and our business continues to grow, we are creating a new role within PGIM Fixed Income's Securitized Products team focused on ABF Structuring and Transaction Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end process of structuring and closing asset-based finance transactions. You will work very closely with internal investment teams and external stakeholders to ensure transactions are executed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience structuring and executing private transactions. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background across a variety of asset-based sectors including, but not limited to, consumer credit, commercial lending, mortgage, fund finance, and private credit.
This position is performed in a hybrid manner with a mix of work performed from our office in Newark, NJ and remotely. Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees meet with their team in the office on set days of the week and can work remotely the remainder of the week. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration and may be required during group specific events (Town Halls, etc.).
Whatyou can expect
- Manage the full lifecycle of asset-based finance transactions from initial client engagement to closing ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Design and develop innovative asset-based finance structures that meet client and borrower needs.
- Work closely with numerous external parties including issuers, legal, rating agencies, and trustees to execute transactions.
- Minimum of 7 years' work experience, preferably in investment banking, insurance or asset management.
- At least 5 years of experience structuring and managing transaction lifecycle.
- Significant experience in cashflow modeling and structuring across ABF sectors.
- Experience across the various ABF collateral types (corporate credit, CRE, and asset-based finance) to assist the securitized product team structure the underlying asset cash flows to achieve long-term capital efficiency within vehicles for insurance clients.
- Highly organized and attentive to details.
- Excellent quantitative/analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills.

The salary range for this role is from $175,000 to $200,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
