As directed by the Physical Therapist implements Physical therapy treatment in coordination with the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications Required- Minimum Required Qualifications:
AAS Physical Therapy - Temporary licensure or current NJ Licensure
- Successful completion of all orientation programs
- BLS certification within ninety days of hire to the department
- Preferred Qualifications APTA Member CI Certification by APTA

- Treats inpatients and outpatients to meet the established Standard of Care
- Educates internal and external customers
- Directly supervises the work of physical therapist assistants students as well as keep the supervisor and managers informed of progress
- Collaborates scheduling of inpatient and outpatient caseload in conjunction with Supervisor
- Makes recommendations for services outside of the discipline
- Records statistical information for the department in a timely manner
- Supervises technicians, aides and volunteers.
- Participates in the interdisciplinary patient/member teaching process
- Demonstrates the ability to identify patient/member's educational needs
- Organizes, and implements outcome tools into professional practice when applicable
- Keeps up to date and accurate medical records
- Demonstrates compliance and timeliness in outpatient and / or inpatient billing
- Maintains an open channel of communication among members of the interdisciplinary team involved in patient care including non-clinical support staff
