The Occupational Therapist uses purposeful activities and interventions to maximize independence, maintain health, and enhance functional performance of individuals limited by physical injury or illness, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, or developmental disability.

• Assess, treat, and educate patients and families
• Design interventions to develop daily living skills, work readiness, play skills, and leisure capacities
• Develop sensory, perceptual, neuromuscular, range‑of‑motion, emotional, motivational, cognitive, and psychosocial performance components

• Current state license in good standing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families
• Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
