The Stone Center Of New Jersey has an immediate opening for a Patient Representative. The Stone Center is a NJ licensed outpatient urology facility and one of the largest lithotripsy facilities in the country, accredited by the Joint Commission. Open Monday through Saturdays, The Stone Center is committed to providing accessible high quality patient care.

The Patient Representative is responsible for patient admission and business office activities. A high school diploma required, experience preferred, and fluent in Spanish.

Must be able to organize and multitask for timely patient flow.

Must possess the ability to communicate, interact and work effectively with all patients, family members, staff, and management to ensure a true team approach.

Knowledge of complying with and maintaining confidentiality of patient health information.

• Admit patients and register in Practice Management System
• Prepare and file Medical Records
• Process Credit Card transactions and Daily Bank Deposit
• Inventory ordering for office supplies and lounge supplies
