Siemens Healthineers is currently seeking candidates for x-ray tech positions that will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Newark, NJ. This is a travel healthcare contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

• Equipment: GE platform, OEC digital portable machines and Philips C-arms
• Schedule:
  
  Saturday/Sunday 3:30pm - 8:00am
  • 32-hour work week
• Pay: $2,500 weekly gross(eligible for benefits)

Requirements:

• Active ARRT(R) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience within modality

About Your Role:
As a Travel X-Ray Technologist, you will deliver high-quality diagnostic radiographic services in a variety of clinical settings. You'll work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure clear imaging, patient safety, and compassionate care throughout each procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general diagnostic X-ray exams according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and technique to capture accurate, high-quality images.
• Maintain a focus on patient comfort, safety, and dignity during all imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, performing routine quality checks.
• Comply with all radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Adapt quickly to new environments and workflows across different healthcare facilities.
