Position Summary

As the Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents and their families for all non-medical needs and requests. Your role is to enhance the resident experience by proactively addressing concerns, providing prompt solutions, and ensuring that every individual feels heard and valued. You will work closely with all departments to guarantee a seamless and positive living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents and families regarding non-clinical matters.
  • Log, track, and follow up on all resident concerns and requests, ensuring they are resolved to satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and staff from various departments (dining, housekeeping, maintenance, activities).
  • Provide personalized assistance such as coordinating appointments, arranging transportation, and facilitating special requests.
  • Proactively engage with residents to gauge their satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve experience.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional presence at all times, greeting all visitors and residents with warmth.
  • Maintain a detailed log of all interactions and requests.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, or public relations role preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • Must pass TB screening and required health checks.
