  Afternoons/Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client)

• Newark:
  • M-F: 3:30/4 – 6:30/7PM & M-F 4:30–7:30PM
  • Mon & Wed: 3:30–5:45PM & Tues, Thurs, Fri: 3:30–6:45PM
• West Orange: M-F: 4–7PM
• Montclair: M-F: 4–8PM

• As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Work in homes or community settings across NJ, NY, or NM.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
• Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.

• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass background & reference checks.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.

• Supervision hours toward RBT/BCBA certification.
