Day shift, 3x12-hour (07::30). Must be available for call (2 weekdays and 24 hours on weekends).

Job Description
The CVOR Tech will be responsible for assisting with cardiovascular surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment. The role involves scrubbing and supporting surgeries, as well as floating to the Main OR when CVOR volume is low.
Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of cardiovascular procedures, including valve replacements, coronary artery bypass grafts (CABG), and Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacements (TAVR).

• Utilize specialized equipment such as for endovascular and vascular procedures.

• Work collaboratively within a surgical team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.

• Be available for on-call duty as scheduled.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a cardiovascular operating room.

• Must have scrub experience and some degree of transplant experience (cardiac, lung, and/or kidney preferred).

Certifications:

BLS, Tech Cert (preferred).

• Experience with hybrid rooms and endovascular procedures.

• Familiarity with specific cases such as Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, angioplasty/stenting, and thoracic procedures.
