Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Essex County, NJ

Monday - Friday 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm

Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)

• Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility
• Meal Preparation: Creating simple, nutritious meals according to the patient’s care plan
• Home Management: Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Documentation: Recording care and activities using Cell Trak

  Reporting condition changes to RN Case Managers for prompt action

• Valid NJ CHHA license in good standing
• Clear communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Dependable transportation and willingness to travel within Essex County
