Position Title: SUITES F&B SUPERVISOR-PRUDENTIAL CENTER
Pay Range : $24.00 to $28.00

Job Summary
Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all suite-level food and beverage service during events
- Lead, train, and motivate suite attendants and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure timely delivery, accurate setup, and proper presentation of food and beverages in suites
- Act as the primary point of contact for suite guests, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance in all suite areas
- Assist with pre-event preparation, in-event execution, and post-event breakdown
- Ensure adherence to alcohol service laws and Levy's responsible service policies
- Communicate effectively with culinary, warehouse, and premium services teams
- Complete required reporting, inventory checks, and end of night closing procedures as needed
- Additional task as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food & beverage, catering, hospitality, or premium service preferred
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or large-scale event venues strongly preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a professional and polished demeanor
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
