Base pay range

$61,000.00/yr - $71,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding processes, including prescreening resumes, posting job advertisements, interviewing candidates, issuing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating new hire paperwork.
  • Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the online application system and maintain the applicant flow log for EEO reporting.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain job descriptions for all positions.
  • Coordinate the annual performance evaluation process to ensure timely completion.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
  • Assist with HR budget management and cost tracking.
  • Serve as backup for the HRIS/Compensation Manager as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate employee events, including Staff Appreciation Week.
  • Create, maintain, and audit HR personnel files for accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; a combination of education and relevant training will be considered.
  • 1–3 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
