Data Analysts with extensive experience inHL7 FHIR. Candidates should be based out of the United States with valid work authorization.

The FHIR Analyst gathers and analyzes requirements to solve complex problems and evaluates intricate scenarios to create advanced solutions across multiple systems. This individual develops a deep understanding of multiple systems, the business needs, and the associated capabilities. This role contributes to the long-term roadmap of the given solutions and serves as a liaison between business and technology teams to provide future outcomes and support decisions.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience of building and operationalizing data processing systems
• Data analysis and Profiling
• 3+ years of HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) experience is a must.
• Ability to perform data mapping exercise for clinical data from the source system to FHIR data model.
• Understand healthcare data, including clinical data in both proprietary and industry-standard formats (HL7)
• Able to map and implement data standards such as SNOMED CT, RXNorm, LOINC, UCUM, ICD, CPT, CVX, etc
• Understand the dirtiness of clinical data and seek out ways to improve conformance and quality.
• Solicit, clarify business level requirements and analyze data requirements.
• Good SQL experience is required for data analysis
• Deep understanding of FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and EHR standards.
• Design and ongoing monitoring of performance and quality reports for FHIR Products.
• 2+ years experience working with data platforms (Data warehouse, Data Lake, ODS)
• Must have working experience with the clinical data
