Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate AEM Engineer with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headless AEM architecture, SPA integrations, and modern web technologies. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance digital experiences by integrating AEM with frameworks like React and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows using best practices.
- Deploy and manage AEM on Adobe Managed Services (AMS) in a headless architecture using Content Services or Graph
QL APIs. - Implement AEM SPA Editor for React-based single-page applications with in-context editing.
- Build and manage OSGi bundles, Sling Models, and Servlets for modular backend development.
- Create and manage Content Fragments and Experience Fragments for structured content reuse across channels.
- Integrate AEM with Next.js for server-side rendering and optimized content delivery.
- Work on search integrations using tools like Apache Lucene, Elasticsearch, or Adobe Search & Promote.
- Configure and utilize Adobe Dynamic Media for responsive image and video delivery.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with AEM development.
- Strong understanding of AEM on AMS in a headless setup.
- Experience with React and AEM SPA Editor.
- Proficiency in OSGi, Sling Models, and Java-based backend development.
- Familiarity with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
- Integration experience with Next.js.
- Knowledge of search technologies like Lucene or Elasticsearch.
- Experience with Adobe Dynamic Media.
- Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices for AEM.
