Client is seeking a Pass Comm Capital Project Manager to represent its Passenger Communications (Pass Comm) Technology team within the Capital Team, specifically for the planning and execution of station upgrade programs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Public Address (PA) and signage system upgrades across Client stations and facilities.

• Represent the Pass Comm Technology team for all station upgrade capital projects.
• Manage the Public Address (PA) System projects for ongoing and upcoming station upgrades.
• Maintain an inventory and actively manage the Pass Comm capital projects portfolio.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure timely project delivery within defined scope and budget.
• Define and document project scopes, goals, deliverables, and feasibility assessments with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and direction to project teams across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Support the development and standardization of project management processes and documentation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain detailed and comprehensive project documentation.
• Monitor budget performance and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
• Create detailed project plans and share with stakeholders and team members.
• Develop tools such as spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to support planning and execution.

• Proven working experience in Pass Comm Technologies — Required 5
• Proven working experience in project management — Required 5
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. — Required 5
