Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training sessions for end-users, power users, and administrators. The trainer will play a key role in ensuring successful user adoption and optimal use of Oracle Fusion ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement/SCM, and Projects.

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and materials (manuals, e-learning, presentations).
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions for various user levels.
• Collaborate with ERP implementation teams to align training content with business processes.
• Provide post-go-live support and refresher training sessions.
• Assist in change management by communicating system changes and benefits.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and adapt training content accordingly.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants for supplemental training.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training or implementation.
• Deep understanding of one or more Oracle ERP Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Projects).
• Experience designing and delivering training using ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex system processes into clear instructions.
• Proficiency with tools like Oracle UPK, Captivate, Articulate, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Guided Learning.

• Experience in ERP change management or organizational readiness projects.
• Experience in cross-functional ERP implementations.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Oracle Certified Trainer or related Oracle certifications.
