Role: Genesys IVR Tester with Cyara experience
Location: Newark, NJ - onsite
Job Description:
- Perform functional and regression testing of Genesys IVR applications across voice and digital channels.
- Use Cyara to design, execute, and automate IVR test scenarios and call flows.
- Validate call routing, prompts, DTMF inputs, speech recognition, and backend integrations.
- Identify, log, and track defects using test management and defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, IVR designers, and business teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Support UAT and production validation, including post-deployment testing.
- Ensure IVR solutions meet business, performance, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare test reports and provide test execution status to stakeholders.
