Job Title: Genesys IVR Tester (Cyara Experience Required)
Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Genesys IVR Tester with strong Cyara experience to support IVR testing initiatives for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating IVR call flows, ensuring system quality, and supporting UAT and regression testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing of Genesys IVR applications
- Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Cyara
- Validate call flows, prompts, menus, integrations, and backend responses
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Analyze call logs, test results, and reports to ensure IVR quality and performance
- Support test planning, test case creation, and test execution activities
- Hands-on experience testing Genesys IVR solutions
- Strong experience with Cyara (Automated & Manual IVR Testing)
- Knowledge of IVR call flows, CTI, SIP, and telephony concepts
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
