Genesys IVR Tester
We are seeking an experienced Genesys IVR Tester with strong hands‑on expertise in Cyara for IVR automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end‑to‑end IVR call flows, ensuring functional accuracy, performance, and customer experience across Genesys‑based contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Genesys IVR applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for IVR systems
- Use Cyara to create and maintain automated IVR test scripts
- Validate call flows, prompts, menus, DTMF inputs, speech recognition, and error handling
- Test inbound/outbound call scenarios, call routing, transfers, and disconnect logic
- Validate IVR integrations with backend systems (CRM, databases, web services)
