. This is a long‑term contract‑to‑hire position with a leading financial services company in Newark, NJ.

Develop and maintain customer communications using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM. Create communications that leverage tickets in Quadient Interactive to guide user experience and customize output.

• Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in related fields.
• Ability to take on assignments with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to benefit the organization.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Test‑Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes needed for sound decision making in the company’s context.
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis through self‑initiative and tackling challenges.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills; 3+ years hands‑on experience.
• Experience with JavaScript, design patterns and design methodology; microservices, multithreading, concurrency, and parallel processing.
• API consumption & development; implementing SOA patterns; web‑service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, JDBC, MySQL.
• Unit, interface, and end‑user testing concepts and tooling (functional & non‑functional); automated testing; accessibility awareness.
• Software security skills including secure coding, web application security, and Dev Sec Ops ; knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, JWT, SSL, web‑service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0.
• Dev Ops tools & practices: branching techniques and usage of Git Hub, Bitbucket or Subversion;
  Jenkins.
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) monitoring and logging techniques.

• At least 3 years hands‑on experience in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM developing customer communications.
• Experience creating communications that use tickets in Quadient Interactive to guide the user experience and customize output.

• Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive certification.
• Content rationalization concepts.
• ADA document compliance.
• Design thinking.
• Financial/Insurance industry experience is a plus.

Pay rate: $60–$70 per hour.
