Job SummaryJoin our dynamic team as a Marketing Technology (Mar Tech) Enablement Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in bridging our Global Retirement & Insurance (GRI) businesses and Mar Tech teams. In this critical position, you'll drive technology alignment to business objectives, empowering marketing partners to unlock the full potential of our Mar Tech stack. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies like Adobe's suite of marketing tools, AI, and digital sales platforms to drive business growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
As a key enabler of our marketing strategy, you'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver impactful solutions that drive results. The current EWA for this position is Hybrid (Newark) and requires your on‑site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on‑site.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the connective tissue between GRI businesses and Mar Tech teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal technology utilization.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, channel activation) to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and develop solutions architecture (leveraging Vizio, Miro, etc) to document and optimize user experiences.
- Maintain comprehensive training documentation for marketing partners on Mar Tech capabilities and best practices.
- Drive process optimization for Mar Tech intake and channel marketing requirements.
- Identify and develop use cases to demonstrate Mar Tech stack value, driving adoption and optimization.
- Oversee end‑to‑end Mar Tech implementation and channel activation, ensuring creative alignment with Mar Tech capabilities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Mar Tech trends and innovations, applying this knowledge to continuously innovate our Mar Tech stack capabilities and utilization.
- 8-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Mar Tech, or Mar Tech‑adjacent roles, with a proven track record of driving technology enablement.
- Deep understanding of the Adobe Tech Stack (Marketo, Target, Experience Platform, Analytics) and Salesforce.
- Strong background in web and email channel marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities to improve processes and technology utilization.
