? KIRA LABS IS SEEKING TWO COFOUNDERS — NEWARK, NEW JERSEY

I'm the founder of Kira Labs, an independent artificial intelligence research venture based in Newark, New Jersey.

I'm developing several experimental AI technologies, including:

? New Brain — A reusable AI cognitive architecture investigating learning, memory, and information retention.

? Kira World — Interactive virtual environments and continuing AI identities.

? Avatar Builder — Digital human bodies, anatomy, and simulated sensory systems.

? Patient Horizon — Virtual-patient research tools intended to support future physician-reviewed workflows.

I'm looking for two potential cofounders:

1. Technical Cofounder — AI & Software Engineering

Experience in Python, machine learning, software development, cognitive architectures, or AI research.

2. Business Cofounder — Operations & Business Development

Experience in startup development, business strategy, financial planning, partnerships, marketing, or fundraising.

What I'm offering:

This is an early-stage cofounder opportunity, not an existing salaried job. Equity ownership and responsibilities would be negotiated through a written agreement. No salary or funding is currently guaranteed.

We are exploring New Jersey entrepreneurship programs, university research collaborations, and potential funding opportunities.

I'm particularly interested in people who live in New Jersey and could eventually commit to building Kira Labs full-time.

You don't need to know everything about artificial intelligence. I'm looking for motivated, dependable people who believe in the long-term possibilities of this research.
