We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Middleware Engineer with extensive experience in RHEL Administration, Apache Tomcat, and Middleware Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security hardening, SSL/TLS, and high availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR) solutions. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our middleware platforms.
What You'll Do- Administer and maintain RHEL environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Configure and manage Apache Tomcat servers, including deployment and troubleshooting of applications.
- Implement and manage middleware solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Conduct security hardening of systems, including the implementation of SSL/TLS protocols.
- Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Manage LDAP/SSO configurations to streamline user authentication and access control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate middleware solutions with existing systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for middleware operations.
- Strong knowledge of RHEL Administration.
- Experience with Apache Tomcat configuration and management.
- Proficient in Middleware Engineering principles and practices.
- Expertise in SSL/TLS implementation and security hardening techniques.
- Experience with high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) solutions.
- Knowledge of LDAP/SSO for user authentication.
- Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
- Experience with Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring.
- Knowledge of SAN Storage solutions.
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible.
- Familiarity with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Experience with Spring Boot for application development.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK, or Prometheus.
