- Functional Spec documentation for RICEF
- Functional Testing of RICEF’s
- Ability to work with offshore developers for enhancements
- Sol Man experience with tracking of customizations
- Hypercare Support as a lead
- L1 Support during Hyper-care and Post implementation support (L0 being the Business SME)
- Should have worked on Solution Manager for Issue tracking
- Prefer Green Card/USC - Hire or contract. H1 also OK.
