Senior Litigation Attorney

Senior Litigation Attorney ($175k-250k+ flexible salary)

Location: Newark, NJ

A well-established firm is seeking a Seasoned Litigation Attorney to join its team, focusing on commercial and real estate litigation
. If someone also practices employment, insurance, family, estate law we would consider as well. This is a fully on-site role for an experienced litigator who thrives in the courtroom and enjoys working on complex, high-value matters.

• Manage and litigate a wide range of commercial litigation or real estate law disputes
  .

• Represent clients in state and federal courts, including trials, hearings, and motions practice.

• Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs.

• Conduct depositions, discovery, and settlement negotiations.

• Provide strategic advice to clients and collaborate with firm leadership.

• Opportunity to grow business within the firm (with additional compensation for generated matters).

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice in New Jersey and in good standing.

• 8+ years of litigation experience
  , including trial and federal court work.

• Demonstrated strong expertise in
  commercial and real estate litigation
  .

• Background additionally in business law, real estate & land use, employment, insurance, estate, and family law

• Strong advocacy, analytical, and legal writing skills.

• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Must be able to work fully on-site in New Jersey.

• Competitive base salary: $175,000 – $250,000+, flexible with experience
