Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Lead New Initiatives
    :
    Plan and execute projects that align with organizational growth objectives, from conception through to completion.
  • Capacity Building & Resource Management
    :
    Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements for greater productivity, and allocate resources across multiple projects.
  • Strategic Planning
    :
    Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Business Development & Relationship Management
    :
    Coordinate operational teams to translate contract requirements, market intelligence, and industry best practices into viable target operating models; build and maintain strong relationships with partners, state & federal agencies, and regulators.
  • Stakeholder Management
    :
    Act as key liaison, driving collaboration between internal cross‑functional teams (clinical, IT, operations, finance, etc.), external partners, state officials, and vendors.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (public health, healthcare administration, etc.) required.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure within budget.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Schedule
:
Monday – Friday 9:00am–5:00pm, with the ability to work outside of standard hours.
